In conclusion Muscular Skeleton Disorder (MSD) affects all sectors of hospital or health workforce. Among all the health care professionals nurses was found to be the highest risk group. And the highest reported problem is the back (lower and upper) pain. The results illustrated that female health care professionals are more tendency to involve and occurrence of MSD compare to male health workers. Majority of these issues can be prevented with three affordable measures i.e. ergonomic work environment designing, postural re-education and regular exercises. Furthermore, it was recommend that participatory intervention programs and coping strategies for MSDs be made mandatory in order to reduce the rate of MSDs among health care professionals.
