Part II

Once you complete the matrix, use the space below to write a 75- to 100-word response describing the role civil disobedience played in the Civil Rights Movement.

I think that the role that civil disobedience played in the Civil Rights Movements encourages black people to stand up in what they believe in. I think that this made a lot us realize that we have just as many rights as the other people have. With this also going on made people to change some of their hostility with racism and with that changed some of the violence stopped. I think that the importance of this movement was to stop having so many confrontations and discrimination among each other and listen to our voices. To be able to talk and treat people in a civilized order so that one day we will be able to get along with each other.
