Clothing: is a non-verbal communication. This process creates first impression of a person that someone gets, whether it is accurate or not. People can communicate through their clothes without even talking to each other. Fashion show people give a lot of important information about what they are wearing. It explain such as: their age, gender, political views, and economic class, especially, their culture. For example, in doctor’s office, If you went to there and saw that he or she was dressed in a dirty lab coat, you will immediately think about switching doctors. We assign certain expectations to certain occupations. While you expect your doctor to be cleanly and neatly dressed. Moreover, if you saw a construction worker or painter who had on clean clothing, you might tend to think he or she didn’t do much work because we expect them to be dirty since it is a dirty occupation. In addition, we do make assumptions about people on the basis of their style of clothing. For example, If you see a woman wearing a sari, you automatically make certain assumptions about her. You can think that she is Indian and Hindu based merely on her clothing, she may be neither. besides, If you see a woman wearing a red Ao Dai in their wedding, you may assume she is Vietnamese. this is because, Ao Dai is traditional customer in my country.
