Another is to place the factors that affect the communicating satisfaction. This research can assist the director and employee know what are the strengths and failings of communicating in the organisation. Through this research, director and employee more understanding communicating demands by both of them and heighten communicating satisfaction. This research besides enlightens director to better communicating patterns by understanding the quality and quality of information needed by employees to execute their occupation good. Last, this research help the director how to develop a system of information exchange that is both understood and accessible to their employee.
