With organ and tissue transplants, prosthetic limbs, and minimally invasive procedures we continue to take strides to prolonging and enhancing one??™s life.

We must continue to do our part in the quest for a long healthy life. Like most things in life, it takes work to reap the benefits. Understanding how to eat and maintaining our health actively with our doctor??™s help is only a part. We must treat our skin right, preserve our joints, keep our muscle tone, and remember the importance of our bones as we age. As men and women there are certain differences, we have to be made aware of. There are races as well that lean more toward certain diseases. Keeping one??™s brain active is very important.
