Introduction
.
In the religion of islam people believe on Almighty Allah and his beloved Prophet Muhammad P.B.U.H. Islam guide us to follow the message of Allah which was delivered us by the Prophet Muhammad through the holy book Quran 1400 years ago. The meaning of word Isalm is “submission” taht reflect the basic core of Islam, which is the submission to the will of God.

Islam is the religion that properly guide his followers with basic ethics and discipline which they should follow in the life. And these ethical guidelines are provided through the Holy book Quran and Sunnah. Sunnah called to follow the behaviors and method followed the Prophet in his life, and to respect the Sunnah of Prophet numerous efforts were taken in different ways.

Food is not use only to fulfil your desire but it’s a basic need for the maintenance of good health and most importantly to continue worship of Allah in a proper way. Anything is not forbidden by Allah unless he explain the disadvantages of something with evidence. Anyone who is forbidden for no reason syar’i, it is included in the words of Allah:
“O you who have believed, do not prohibit the good things which Allah has made lawful to you and do not transgress. Indeed, Allah does not like transgressors”.
(Surat Al-Maidah 5: 87)

“There has certainly been for you in the Messenger of Allah an excellent pattern for anyone whose hope is in Allah and the Last Day and who remembers Allah often”. (Surat Al-Ahzab33 :2)

Among the factors that contribute to this problem is the selection of the food itself. Although it was not the main contributor, but according to Mat Ishak, halal food form a better life, both personally and mentally. Good health can also be attained through the selection of the lawful and good food. These guidelines help them in preventative approach. Eating behavior is broad term which include food choice and motives, feeding practices, dieting, and eating-related problems such as obesity, eating disorders, and feeding disorders. Within the context of behavioral medicine, research on eating behavior emphasized on the etiology, prevention, and treatment of obesity and eating disorders, and this research also focus on the methods which promotes healthy eating behaviors and guide how to prevent medical conditions like diabetes, hypertension and cancer.

Only Islam is religion who guide human beings properly about eating and dietary behaviors. Many people from different religion question on strict ruling in Islam related to eating behaviors. And this is because the stomach is very sensitive part of the body that is unstable by unhealthy eating patterns like over eating or using junk food, these behaviors not only result in digestive disorders but mental disorders also.
